Bridget Leininger is the Director of Public Relations for CNN.  She develops and executes daily earned press plans for breaking news, event-driven news and programming for CNN/U.S. She manages CNN's external communications, strategizing with CNN's executives, anchors, correspondents and producers. She joined CNN as the Director of Public Relations for Larry King Live in 2004. She has served in several political capacities including as Associate Director in the Office of Political Affairs for the White House from 1998 to 2001.
