Keisha Sutton-James, a third generation broadcaster, joined ICBC Broadcast Holdings, Inc. (Inner City Broadcasting) in 2007, taking responsibility for developing and implementing the company's digital strategy. By rationalizing systems to build a common infrastructure and leveraging the portfolio of radio assets to build digital brands, she has created additional revenue streams for the company. Additionally, Keisha secured the company's minority certification and is leading business development efforts in the minority supplier arena. She is heavily involved with mentoring women and African-Americans and was instrumental in ICBC supporting the Broadcast Leadership Training Program at the NABEF. Prior to joining ICBC, Keisha spent six years post-MBA as a banker in the JP Morgan Private Bank advising family offices and owners of closely held businesses on all aspects of their wealth management. With $800MM in assets under management, she worked with her clients in investing, estate planning, philanthropic giving and family governance. Keisha has been active or held leadership positions in numerous organizations, including the Council of Urban Professionals, the Studio Museum in Harlem, the African-American MBA Alumni Association of the Wharton School of Business, and most recently, the NY & NJ Minority Supplier Development Council.
