Michelle Duke is the Vice President of the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation, a position in which she has served since 2009.

Duke joined NABEF in 2005 as director of diversity services. She was later promoted to vice president of diversity services and development, overseeing several diversity initiatives, including NABEF's Broadcast Leadership Program. In her current role, Duke assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.

Duke serves on the national board of the Alliance for Women in Media (AWM) and in 2009 she was presented with The Star Award by the National Capital Area Chapter of AWM. She also serves on the boards of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and the National Association of Minority Media Executives. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
