Sarah Foss is an experienced media executive with more than 18 years operational leadership at new technology and software companies.  Her track record includes success in start-up, small business, and large company environments within the media industry, having built global competitive advantage through innovative product development, marketing, and customized sales.  Most recently, Ms. Foss was the President/CEO of VCI Solutions, a provider of enterprise software to media companies; prior to VCI Solutions, she was in a variety of management roles at Harris Broadcast Communications.  She has enabled the launches of a number of online businesses as well as Internet start-ups, and considers her time at PBS some of the most creative management experience she has had.  Ms. Foss holds a master's in Telecommunications Marketing/Management from Ohio University, received while on full fellowship, and a bachelors in communications from Pacific Lutheran University.
