Assistant Promotion Director, 950 ESPN

97.5 The Fanatic / 950 ESPN (WPEN) seeks fulltime Assistant Promotion Director to manage and develop station events, giveaways and social media content. Successful candidate will be directly responsible for the execution of Sales and Programming oriented station events, hiring and scheduling the Fanatic Promotions Team and writing promotional copy for these events. Candidate will also oversee all station giveaways and prize distribution for winners. The Assistant Promotions Director will also play a part in social media content and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or completion of a technical training program.

• Minimum 3 years related professional experience in broadcasting or event management.

• Experience with sports related content.

• Creative thinker who can generate ideas for events and promotions.

• Knowledge and ability to manage social media sites station website.

• Good writing and editorial skills for web promotions required.

• Must have excellent time management skills, be highly organized, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexible schedule, night and weekend events require attendance.

• Valid driver's license. US Citizen.
