General Sales Manager, Clear Channel

We are looking for a leader who will roll up their sleeves and work with their AEs to grow revenue!

Employment Status: Full-Time

Role and Expectations:

• Responsible for exceeding performance expectations including market share for spot radio, integrated marketing and digital media.

• Motivate, coach, develop and train a high performing team of Account Executives

• Establish and reinforce standards of excellence for prospecting, proposal writing and customer service.

• Take an active and leading role in business development.

• Collaborate with Integrated Media Department to sell all assets and to create new revenue streams. • Hold AEs accountable to activity and expectations

• Take the lead as a Category Captain for at least one company directed category.

• Be an authentic leader to create an atmosphere of a high performing team.

Job Requirements:

Three or more years of experience in media sales management, integrated selling and digital advertising.

• An understanding of strategic account management, ratings, and digital execution

• Strategic management of inventory and rates

• Ability to accurately forecast revenue

• Must be proficient in developing plans for revenue growth

• Must be able to work well with other departments to achieve success; must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, have excellent communication skills, flexibility and assertiveness to meet goals

• Requires demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
