Alliance for Women in Media Foundation 2011 Special Report on Digital Literacy for Girls & Women

In fall 2011, the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation released a Special Report on Digital Literacy for Girls & Women  

This latest Special Report, supported by AT&T , addressed how to increase digital opportunity for women and girls. Featured articles included:  digital literacy initiatives by a variety of media companies and non-profits, examining the technological landscape and upcoming digital breakthroughs, women making both personal and professional connections through social media, and an illuminating conversation with an executive who is leading the way for women in technology.

Alliance for Women in Media 2010 Special Report on Diversity

In fall 2010, the Alliance for Women in Media released a Special Report on Diversity .

This inaugural Special Report focused on diversity in today’s workplace. Featured articles included a look at the efforts of a variety of media foundations, essays on the impact of the Americans with Disabilities Act, an analysis of current workforce statistics, and interviews with C-level executives in technology companies and members of the Federal Communications Commission.
